Does anyone know the name of the song playing on the international version DVD when Chris is in the hospital and Jal runs after him and gives him her ゴールド coin? [2x08]

I know it's Low - Sunflower in the UK version but it's a different song on the international version. I've looked EVERYWHERE and can't find it.
