Yep the news said it was over.

i'm glad that scrubs will actually get to finish and have it's full last season as planned now

The strike is over but NBC aren't sure if they're going to renew Scrubs or not. They've re-commissioned all of their other shows, which is worrying as they haven't yet done the same with the only decent show- Scrubs. They're still negotiating with Bill Lawrence. There could only be, like, 4 more episodes of Scrubs, ever!!!
