Scrubs～恋のお騒がせ病棟 Any helpful news on the strike ?

Hey guys. The last rumour that I heard was that the strike had calmed down a great bit and it wouldn't be that long until it was over.
I was wondering if any of you know if that is true, and if you have any additional information about the strike that would be really helpful.

I heard on the news that it was calming down because of the Oscars and all the studio people are worried actors won't show up because of the strike.

Yeh i heard that to... apparently that means their negotiating over it, but from what i've heard( in Britain) thats it so far, they haven't got any further.

nbc just don't know when to return it, the strike has screwed up the networks' schedule so bad they are trying to hold out shows and scrubs could "live" ONE MORE SEASON due to strike read this article: link
it was supposed to return januray 24th but they took it off
