IF he gets baptized, the godfather will probably be turk but do you think the godmother will be elliot or carla??

the godfather probably will be turk but theres a chance it will be dr. cox. and janitor will probable expect hes the godfather then act mad at jd when he finds out hes not.haha

Just to clear up my confusion - is it both godfather and godmother, or just the one?
Cause I think that Cox's baby only had Carla as a godmother.. Or am I wrong?

remember coxs baby had jack as the godfather? and jack tuns and says something like "doody" to Jd(who is upset that hes not the godfather) and jd says "doody to you sir"
