Scrubs～恋のお騒がせ病棟 I thought it was'nt ending?

Ok, so it said on the promos last week that it was the finale of scrubs and I was like WTF!?!?!?!

I thought that it was moving to ABC for another season?

Is this the final end or is there going to be one more season on ABC and the promo was just pulling our leg?

It is going to ABC they mean season finale not series finale.

In the UK series is the equivalent for the American word season. In America though, series means the whole show.
