The last animé episode of Capu2 was put together on a shoestring budget and there are no plans for a third season. An OVA might still be possible but even that is only a remote chance.

But i heard rumors the 3rd season of rosario+vampire is coming out in april 2011. I dont know what to say.
But im still a rosario+vampire fan.
