Both are gorgeous but Bella's name literally means beauty in Italian and Latin. To quote from an amazing Disney movie "Now it's no wonder that her name means beauty. Her looks have got no parallel!" But I'm really ADORING Miley's new style and her hair looks similar Daryl Hannah's hair. They're the two most beautiful Disney Channel girls in my opinion but Belle's in my top 3 most beautiful women that ever lived.

Both of them are absolutely GORGEOUS!

I don't find Bella Thorne pretty, hot, beautiful, overall attractive in anyway. Personally I think she looks quite manly.
