Anyone is better than Trump or Clinton, but I plan on voting for Jill Stein. But I registered Democrat to try to keep Clinton from winning the primaries.
Not that any of this matters, not as long as we have the electoral college.

How does one go from Obama...

...to this presidential race.

I just don't understand. America, what the fuck have you done.

(anyway at least neither Bernie nor Hillary would throw an already-unstable world into more instability, and wouldn't be the absolute fucking disaster of having a climate change denialist as president of the world's largest political superpower... Nor do they hold science in such low regard that they believe conspiracy theories about evil scientists and doctors out to harm us all (anti-vax? really Trump?)... nor would they be a catastrophe in international relations in a time when international relations desperately need repairing... I mean come on guys. This is an easy choice when you realise that politics is about choosing the one that would fuck up the least amount of shit)

I don't live in the US either, but the choice Americans make for their government affects us all. As one of the world's most predominant superpower, it's both a blessing and a burden for them. Like imagine having a warmonger as the American president. I shudder to think. Tbh I'm more concerned with the American election than I am with my own country's, because it affects the world's future so significantly.

NCISLuver I like Bernie too. I'm just worried that Americans are irrationality terrified of the 'S' word. Even though it's democratic socialism and nowhere even near far-left.

Anyone who answers "I don't give a shit" needs to get their heads out of their asses and start caring about the world and the repercussions this decision has on everyone, even non-Americans.

Apathy is just about the worst political stance one can hold.

I supported Ted Cruz in the primary. I don't consider Donald Trump to be a real conservative, but against Hillary Clinton, I will vote for the "Republican" Trump.

Bernie Sanders and his band of "Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! Free! Free! Free!" socialists and whiny Millennials disgust me.

I mean I guess some people want 'free free free'. Others (like myself) just want 'affordable affordable affordable'. What disgusts me is when people make stereotypes about millennials base on that ridiculous sjw handful.

But back to the original point; I hate that 'milliennials are whiney and lazy' stereotype. I really do; a lot of the people complaining work very hard and are tired of working so hard only to get nowhere. Believe it or not a minimum wage job can't get you through college like it did before. link We had college fees hike up from $10,000 to $40,000! Don't tell me that you don't find that ridiculous. I could be buying a new car with that kind of money. So no we don't want 'free free free' we just want to be able to afford college. I would also like to bring up how studies show that teens today face the same stress levels as 1950's psychiatric patients link To me this isn't surprising at all seeing as schools (in America) put so much emphasis on grades and less on actual learning. Seeing as it's harder to find a job and the jobs that are left are usually ones that can't pay the rent. Seeing as some people are working two jobs and going trough college but are still getting called lazy because they can't afford a nice place yet. So again I have to say that no one wants free they just want at least some security. They don't want some fancy mansion per-say many people just want to live comfortably.

This dude explains it well (minus the finger pointing): link

Geez, get over it.What the hell are you expecting us non Americans to do to stop Trump from being elected?Go to the USA and get an US citizenship just so we can vote for Bernie Sanders or Hillary Clinton over Donald Trump?Thats exactly the reason why I picked the"I don't give a shit"option because no matter how many comments, articles, videos etc I would make against Trump,I still wouldn't be able to stop him from being elected as President because I don't have the power to vote against him.So yeah,in my opinion its a waste of time to preoccupy myself with something that I can't stop from happening no matter what I do.

@zanhar1: Regarding minimum wage and college, I will let blogger Matt Walsh explain why free college (link) and $15 an hour for flipping burgers and similar low-skill jobs (link) are not good policies. These are the utopian dreams of most Sanders supporters.

The whole lot of sanders supporters are aware that nothing is free. The only people I've seen that think sanders is trying to give away free shit are conservatives. Sanders is trying to redistribute the expenses we already pay to be spent on programs that benefit us (healthcare, education) as opposed to losing it on insane military spending and corporate interests.

zanhar1 picked Bernie Sanders:
The minimum wage was put in place to ensure that people across the board can live at least decently relative to cost of living and the like so long as the person has a job. It was put in place to keep businesses from underpaying their employees. With inflation on the rise and the cost of living going up rapidly the minimum wage is not doing what it was designed to do in the first place. In fact I'm willing to say that it's actually being abused; so that businesses can under pay staff. "That it intended to lead the way to better pay and working conditions." Like all things it has it's flukes but so does what we have now; people working very hard and holding two jobs on top of being parents and/or attending school and still getting little for their efforts.
I'm not saying flipping burgers deserves $15+ dollars of course since it is a low skill job. However I do think that there should be a raise to balance out the cost of living.
I use this article as a source; https://www.dol.gov/general/aboutdol/history/flsa1938

As for free education. It is actually very successful in Switzerland and Switzerland has the best education systems in the world. Again it has it's set backs but so does what America has now; millions of students in debt and struggling to pay off loans. And many more that don't even consider college due to ridiculously high costs--leaving America with a less educated society.
Like the above I'm not saying it needs to be completely free but the cost should add up to over $100,000, the price of houses! I'd be okay with it lowering back to the more reasonable cost it was in the 80's or even the 90's. We just want education to be affordable.
