I have the same thing on my computer, its called Festive Lights. I don't know what kind of computer あなた have, but for this particular one あなた need a mac and it will display on your dashboard. If あなた want to get it off the dashboard あなた can によって opening the terminal and entering
defaults write com.apple.dashboard devmode YES
(then press enter)
killall Dock
(then press enter) then あなた will be able to go onto your dashboard and grab whichever widget あなた want and hit the dashboard button again to bring it to the desktop.
