What does a girl REALLY mean when she says "its ok, don't really want あなた to worry about me anyways"

Well it could mean one of two things. She really doesn't want あなた to worry about her または she does want あなた to worry about her. Kinda depends on the situation I guess.

In my experience, it means your fucked

It could mean many things, hard to tell most of the time.

What's the context? I know I say that a lot when I'm trying to save face. Maybe she just doesn't wanna seem needy または clingy. It would probably make her happy if あなた checked in on her once in awhile in some way, depending on what the situation is.

Let her know あなた don't play games, if she says don't worry about her, then kick back, light a joint, and don't worry about her.

She wants あなた to do the opposite. I've been in enough high school drama to know that.

If it were me, it would mean exactly that.
