What are your 2 greatest qualities and 2 biggest flaws?

I asked this on another spot and thought about asking this here so copy pasting.

This 質問 pops up in job interviews a lot but let's answer honestly here.

So I've been told that 1. I'm selfless, I'm thoughtful and think about other people's needs before mine. 2. I'm open minded, I pass little judgement, I'm against discrimination but still try to see where other people are coming from, even if it's say racist as hell.

Flaws... 1. I'm self-conscious, need reassurance most of the time 2. I always go back to what I know is a nuisance to me, repeatedly making the same mistakes and end up a mess

Big flaws: If someone is very stupid and ignorant I will have zero patience または tolerance for them. Examples: racist,sexist,etc. And depending on how bad it is I may want to actually hurt them for being that stupid.

People have also told me I am too moody and extremely cold and indifferent.

1. Often times I focus too much on what other people need that I don't pay attention to what I need
2. I am shy, so if someone will talk to me that I don't know I will look to my mom, that is if she is with me, to speak for me. If not then my 返信 are very quiet and short.

My two greatest flaws are vanity (apparently I talk about myself a lot) and my super duper blunt nature. I don't hold back.

1. I seem to be too forgettable/distracted.

- It usually takes quite a bit to piss me off, my フレンズ say i'm really calm and I don't get angry easily.
- I'm good at keeping secrets.
I also try to do at least one nice thing for someone I don't know whether it's opening a door for them または letting them go in front of me in a line etc. :)

Flaws....
1. I'm really indecisive
2. I care too much about what other people think.
