Don't even think about anything bad about yourself. You're perfect. The instant あなた say something bad about yourself, I'm going to lose interest in you. Simple as that, screw your drama. Praise yourself whenever あなた speak out your mind. After that stage, あなた should lose your anxiety. You'll think less of how people think about your responses, which is the majority of the problems most people fear.
