It's not weird 質問 dude. によって the way they earn it buy posting many many and many stuffs to any club. Say I have 投稿されました pics in XYZ club and some 動画 and I am active to that club I will get medal and if I start contributing in many クラブ and ask peoples to ファン the stuffs I have 投稿されました I will get medal very soon. And thus how some peoples earn so many medals. I have seen some fanpopers with もっと見る than 100 メダル they must be very active and of course have time to be here and post stuffs to earn medals.

What to do:
1. Add a picture または もっと見る to a club (you will need Adobe Flash).
2. Ask people to ファン your picture, または leave it happen itself.
3. あなた get your medal!

あなた have to be active on a club. Post a lot of polls, questions, images, ect. I don't know how active あなた have to be exactly - I didn't even realise when I got my medals, so I can't tell あなた exactly how much あなた have to do. I think あなた have to make at least 100 posts in total to get the dedicated medal.
