Help I'm scared

I'm walking ホーム and there is someone following me. It is getting dark, I live a mile away and I don't have my phone. I'm using the neighboring hot spots to ask this and my iPod won't let me text anyone to ask for help. This person has been following me since I left. Should I run, または just keep walking? They keep getting closer. So please help me, I don't want to have to relive what happened when I was little.
