Mein gott.... help!

There's a shadowy man in the corner tilting his head at me..... there are spiders over and.... the man, he's tapoing his fingers. I'm probably seeing stuff as a part of my disorder....... but should I just get into my twin brother's bed? I'm freaking the hell out, and I'm serious, not even Prussia's 歌う is helping!
