help me plz with my ipad !!

ok when iopen ファンポップ sign in in my ipad iwant to open my プロフィール iwrite my ユーザー名 and パスワード correctly but its say NOW SIGNING IN AS SHIRAZ97 AND stop ????!!! idont know why ! is there a app for ファンポップ !! または is just my ipad has wrong with it !!
