How do I get my community involved?

I live in Milwaukee, and things are pretty bad. I see so many of my peers turning to gangs and sex (even my own younger siblings! And yes, sex is fine, but only if it's responsible and loving, something I really haven't been seeing) instead of doing something that's beneficial for themselves and the poorer side of the city. I'm trying to do things to help my community, like 表示中 them fun opportunities/programs and listing job positions for jobless adults, but I'm feeling it isn't really enough. Any suggestions?
