There is a guy that I like and I know he likes me but he says no. WHAT SHOULD I DO???

あなた cannot do anything. IF he doesn't like あなた he doesn't like you. あなた cannot force anyone to like あなた this goes for girls and guys. If he says no then leave him ALONE. または you're just an annoyance.

If you're absolutely positive he likes あなた back, then he must have a good reason for saying no. Leave him alone.

well. he either doesn't like you, または has a really good reason for saying no. im sorry but u should let him be. im usually really ランダム when i answer questions, but im sad 4 u. these people always get me out of any bad mood tho! it might help at least....sorry.
