Where to find an uber cheap iPod touch 4g?

I already have an iPod touch, but it's the 秒 generation, and it's the crappiest thing known to man. I think it's time to upgrade y'all! Please help, if possible find me one under $100! no iPod nano sucks, when my hands sweat using it, I can't use the round thing...a touch screen is better than the round thing
