Okay, I'm Confused.

If an American women moves to England, gets married and has a baby with a British man in England and stays there for a couple years so the baby had a British accent then moves back to America (with the husband and baby), would the child adapt to the American accent または would they remain with the British accent??

Depends on where the family moves. I think generally though the accent would change to a mix of both accents.

But then again, I don't really know.

Not entirely sure, but I think so. My brothers friend lived in England when he was little, and then he moved here, and his voice doesn't really have an accent, but there is a slight trace of one. Although his sister was a bit older than him and あなた can totally hear her accent.

That depends on the child.
My boyfriend lives in America, has a British mother, and a Japanese father. He has a combination of all 3 accents. His twin sister, however, has an American accent. Though there are points when she slips out a Japanese または British accent because she's around it all the time.

So it really depends on the child and their parent's accents.
