The easiest way is to post on someone's ウォール and while you're 書く the post there will be 2 buttons at the bottom of the 書く space. One is for your mood and the other is to give a prop. click that and choose your prop! It's that easy! Good luck. :D
Go to one's wall. Then act like あなた are giving a comment. Find the two things that あなた can click on. The first lets あなた insert an emoticon and the 秒 lets あなた click and insert a prop. Your welcome!
