In short: あなた can't 削除 your own profile. Proceed as あなた would with a spot. Flag the account and give a reason as to WHY it should be deleted.
Do not randomly 削除 your プロフィール because あなた thought of a funnier username, want to change something etc. If あなた have a serious problem (like あなた feel your account had been hacked,someone stalking you) contact the F4!
