If あなた mean,leaving a club,you just go to the club part on your プロフィール and press the もっと見る クラブ button.You'll see your クラブ in a list.You 検索 for the club あなた wanna leave and click the unsubscribe button
If あなた mean actually 削除 a club,I think the best way to do it is to レポート it to the ファンポップ creators.

it's not actually an unsubscribe button it's an "x" on the 上, ページのトップへ right corner of the club name. just hover your pointer over it and you'll see it.
