i dont think they are, i think they murdered someone and are trying to cover it up, A's plan with the girls blackmailing etc. must of overlapped Jenna and Garret's plan to expose the girls to get them to take the fall, i need to watch it again to give an exact answer
They are not A !.... 1st reason- They are too stupid to be A (its not like they aren't smart, but A is way smarter than them...its out of their league) 2nd reason- Jenna maybe had a motive to kill Ali and to play mind games with the girls...but Garrett doesn't, and Jenna is not that manipulative, so she could control Garrett and get him involved in her games.
And after I watched the promo for the upcoming ハロウィン episode, on 19 October, they 表示する Ali receiving message from A that says " Its mine turn to torture you" (or something like that)...and only one person could write that, and that is Mona (she's always complaining how Ali was torturing her, making fun of her etc. cause she was a geek back then and Ali was a クイーン Bee)
