It was never mentioned in the show. She does have a twin sister in the books, but I know thanks to the kindness of the dumb people who post spoilers. Marlene King 発言しました the 表示する is different to the 本 when it comes to big detail/s (A won't be the same as in the books) so we don't know if she'll have the twin on the show.
