Where is Emily's dad???

Ok, on the show, we've seen Emily with her mom a lot, right? But, we haven't seen any of her other family. I mean, I guess maybe she just doesn't have any siblings. But, where is her dad? 'Cause, I figure, if her dad left them または something, they would've mentioned it. I'm just confused...

According to the 1º book, her father lives with her and she has 3 sibilings, 2 sisters and 1 brother. At the least one sister lives with her, I think her name is Carolyn, but I'm not sure if they are going to appear in the TV series :)

In the Homecoming Hangover it's briefly revealed that he's in the military.

I don't remember the exact line,but Emily does say that her parents are "Mr. and Mrs. Military."

I do not watch the show, and I know this isn't relivent, but to all the NCIS 〜ネイビー犯罪捜査班 Fan's 読書 this, Sean Murry's (McGee) step sister stars in this show. She came on in an episode in season three, called Twisted Sister, when Tim's sister, Sarah, was accused of murder.
