Seriously, it's not only during their motto. Almost every word that comes out of their mouths is rhyme for something they 発言しました または something another member said. I can't think of any specific examples off the 上, ページのトップへ of my head, but I know there's a lot of them. Does anybody else find this totally annoying? :/ It's one of the many reasons I can't stand Team Rocket. I gotta say though, some Team Rocket 名言・格言 are totally hilarious, and some have made me laugh so hard I couldn't breathe, but for the most part, they're annoying and lame, and to quote Dawn from the episode Borrow On Bad Faith "They're so weird."
