(Yo! So, will you guys pick Pokémon sun or Pokémon Moon? I'm Moon all the way.)

"Goomy, use Dragon Rage!" Sora called quickly. Goomy quick formed a light blue ball of energy in front of it's mouth, firing the Dragon Type move just as Froakie was about to reach it, sending the Kalos Water Starter flying back in an explosion of energy. Froakie managed to recover, stopping it's momentum with it's hands.

"Froakie, Double Team, then use Bubble!" Froakie's body momentarily blurred before dividing in half.Then those halves divided, and the process continued until there were several dozen copies of Froakie, all with the same stony expression. Then, all at once, each Froakie blew out a heavy stream of bubbled at Goomy from every direction.

Sora grimaced. He knew that Goomy couldn't dodge all of the Bubble Attacks, but if it didn't, it would be hit by the real Froakie's bubble, even if the others were harmless. But how would he know which was the real Froakie's bubble? This was bad.

Really bad.

(I'll definitely get one of them, but I'll have to learn more about each version before I choose one. So far, I've only watched the trailer for Sun and Moon.)

"Ya-huh," Alexa said.

"Do you know how to write?" Arilly asked.

Tess bit her lip, watching in anticipation as the Pokemon continued to fight. Sora didn't seem like such a rookie now- in fact, he seemed quite experienced. Still, Tess couldn't see how he'd be able to guess which Froakie was the real one. Whenever she was in a situation like that, she simply ordered her Pokemon to attack all the clones.
Not knowing how else to help, she shouted, "Watch out!"

"Come on, we both know I've looked better," Alexa said.

"Touche," Arilly admitted. "Well, what else is left?"

Sora's eyes darted around, searching for some kind of clue that could help him escape this mess. But there weren't any, at least any that he could see.

"Watch out!"

He turned to where he heard Tess shout, before giving her a thumbs up and turning back to the match. "I'm a Dragon Master for a reason! You just watch, i'm gonna find a way outta this!" He said with false bravado. he didn't have a clue what he was going to do, and he was running out of time. Any second, Goomy would be bombarded from all sides by Froakie and it's dopplegangers. What would he do!? He looked around again. There had to be something, anything that would tell him which Froakie was the real one...

That was when he noticed that only one Froakie had a shadow behind it, while the others didn't.

"That's it! The fake Froakie's can't have a shadow!" He exclaimed aloud. Goomy seemed to finally come to this realization, after having been just as distraught as Sora. Sycamore managed a small smile. Sora really did act like his father...

"Goomy, don't move until i say so, just stay ready!" Goomy nodded at Sora's command, bracing itself to move the moment it's trainer said to. Froakie scowled, but none the less released it's bubble along side all the other clones. "All right Froakie, move to the right!" Goomy darted to the right as quick as it's body would allow, narrowly avoiding a stream of bubbles with pummeled the ground beside it. Sora smirked at Froakie's shocked face.

"Okay Goomy, now hit'em with a Dragon Rage, one more time!"

"Froakie, knock it away with Cut!"

"Don't know"Quark shrugged

"And we both know you're exaggerating right now," Alexa said.

"Come on, there has to be a way!" Arilly said stubbornly.

Tess let out a huge sigh of relief one Goomy jumped out of the bubbles' way, not even noticing that her camera was now practically recording the ground. It was the first time she'd seen such technique, and it was pretty impressive. She made a mental note to follow it herself sometime- it could prove to be useful- and turned her eyes back to the the battle. Not wanting to distract neither party, she gave an encouraging smile, not caring whether they would see it or not.

"Come on just admit it," Alexa said.

"Let's ask around," Arilly suggested.

"Ask who ?"Quark asked

(The Moon is the true light of the world. all Hail the Moon!)

A long white glowing blade appeared in Froakie's hand as Goomy shot another ball of blue energy at it. Froakie swung it's blade straight through the glowing sphere, sending the two half spiraling to the ground and causing some small explosions. "Now Froakie, use Water Pulse!" Sycamore shouted. Froakie formed a blue sphere of it's own, except that Froakie's sphere was swirling on the inside with water rather than pure energy.

"Goomy, get ready to use Dragon Pulse!" Goomy began glowing a palish purple, gathering Dragonic energy into it's slime coated body.

"Go!" Both Trainers said simultaneously. Goomy released a sparking wave of purple and white energy while Froakie tossed it's Water Pulse, the two attacks meeting mid air, pushing against each other, each move trying to overwhelm the other.

"Keep going Goomy! You can do it!" Sora encouraged.

"Froakie, fire a Bubble to push Water Pulse!" Froakie blew a stream of bubbles at it's already blasted Water Pulse, pushing the latter just as hard as Dragon Pulse. Finally the two attacks seemed to give in, creating a massive explosion that forced everyone to shield their eyes from the resulting debris.

When the dust finally cleared, both Pokemon were still standing, albeit shakily. Sora and Sycamore both tensed up. Goomy and Froakie were both on their last legs. The next attack to land would be the decisive blow.

"There's really no changing your mind, is there?" Alexa sighed.

"How about those guys?" Arilly pointed at some Wingulls.

Tess bit her lip again, zooming in with her camera to record the Pokemon closely. They both seemed ready to drop head-first into the ground, but she could see the determination in their eyes. The same went for their trainers, too- they were very aware that the next attack could be the last.
A small smile crept on her face as she muttered, "This is the best material I've had in days..."

"Hey!" Natalie complained quickly crawling after her.
