OK so I had the same problem, but I found an article on the Fanpop spot. Well, this is the basic jist. You go to the Fanpop home page. Scroll down until you see "Browse clubs" on the right hand side. It will be where "Popular content" is usually. Click on "+make new club" then go from there. A tip of advice, make sure that there isn't already a club that has the same name as yours.
