Fellow fanguins, hear me out. Now, as we all know, we all support the 表示する "Penguins of Madagascar" and, because of this, we call ourselves "fanguins". When he does get his hands on it, and he breaks it, it gives Kowalski and King Julien all the time in the world. Though out his time in the zoo, Dr. Blowhole has really proven to himself and everyone else in the zoo that he has changed his ways.
