TDH: This one's slow, but the 次 one shall be interesting.
"And then she stuffed the device back under her pillow!" Skipper, Private, and Rico watched Kowalski in awe as he resites last night's experience. Nameless and Camille left for a stroll around the zoo about an 時 ago.
Skipper, though satisfied with もっと見る proof supporting the case of Nameless being a spy, seemed a bit skeptical.
"You're sure of what あなた saw, Kowalski?"
"104% positive!"
"Okay, lets see." Skipper waddled over to Nameless's bunk. He picked up the pillow. There was nothing there. Skipper turned back to Kowalski, his eyes narrowed.
"I don't think you're very sure."
Kowalski was surprised.
"B- but it was there! I swear to science and Einstein's grave! She pulled out the device and then stuffed it back!"
Private grabbed the pillow.
"Let me see."
He shook the 枕 around. When nothing fell out, he pulled off the 枕 case. Still nothing.
Kowalski was at a loss for words.
"Maybe she took it with her on her stroll," Private thought, backing Kowalski up.
"Yes, that must be it!" Kowalski glared at Skipper.
Skipper still seemed unpersuaded.
"It was early in the morning, Kowalski. あなた were just really tired and maybe あなた dreamed it up または something."
The tallest ペンギン grew frusterated.
"No! My eyes weren't playing tricks on me! I was wide awake!"
"Why were あなた wide awake at 2 in the morning?"
"I... I had some caffine with my ディナー last night." Kowalski slurred his words together.
The leader stared at Kowalski.
Then he muttered, "Well that's why we're out of coffee this morning."
"ASUGHT AWEWATGH!" Rico added, thoughtfully.
"Good point, Rico." Skipper refocused his attention on Kowalski, "Maybe あなた were high on caffine last night and あなた hallucinated."
Kowalski felt this conversation going nowhere.
"I wasn't high!"
While Kowalski 発言しました that, the fishbowl hatch opened.
"Who's high?" Nameless asked, while she and Camille leaped down into the HQ, "We're back."
Camille smiled.
"Yeah, nice zoo あなた got here. It's smaller but nicer then our old one. Oh, and your キツネザル フレンズ are really weird. Who's high?"
"No one," Kowalski muttered under his breath as he waddled to his lab and shut the door behind him. That's what he does when he's frusterated - he cooks up some expirements in the privacy of his labratory. He comes up with some pretty interesting things when he's upset.
Skipper watched him as he entered the lab. The military leader knew it wasn't that hard to believe Kowalski since he wanted to, but where was the proof? He loved making huge assumptions with little to no evidence at all, but he needed the evidence to fight against the spy when they finally blow her cover.
"What's wrong with Kowalski?" Camille asked, immediately noticing his negative behavior.
"Nothing. He's just suffering from lack of military training," Skipper said.
"Yeah, we took the 日 off because of you." Private smiled. He likes days off, because he basically never gets them.
"I want to see what he's doing in there." Camille glanced at the lab with curiosity. "Come with me." She looked back at Nameless.
Nameless nodded.
"Okayy..." Skipper said, unsure. Kowalski hates being interrupted while expirementing, but maybe he and Camille could get to know each other better. It would help with the mission.
Camille and Nameless ran over to the lab and closed the door behind them.
Skipper looked back at the penguins remaining.
"Private! Rico!"
The two looked fearfully back at Skipper, not wanting to know what he's going to say.
"We'll have one 時 of training!"
Private gulped.
"But our 日 off...?"
"Things don't always go as planned, young Private."
"Umm, maybe I should also go see what Kowalski's up to. He might need help." Private glanced hopefully up at the skipper.
"Negative, Private. That adds another 時 of training for trying to get out of it."
Rico glared at Private, who smiled fearfully back at him. The three left the HQ.
