Skipper felt a pounding in his head, he felt the heat attracting every bit of moisture he still had. He opened his eyes, the daylight stung, he was to sore to bother to keep them open. He felt a jerk, he realised, as he slowly opened one eye, that Starlite was carrying him on her back, she had a scarf around her beak and he had a hat on (his cowboy one). She was dusty, her feathers were messed and she was full of bumps, bruises and scratches, her eyes were red. There were traces that she had been crying. But she kept looking forward, as if she had her eyes fixed on a diamond. Skipper moved his painful neck. They were in the middle of nowhere, the sun was right above their heads. "i'm happy your awake, i was really starting to get a panic attack!" She said, あなた could her the dryness in her voice."How...How long have. We been travelling?" Skipper asked weakly. "About 2 days, あなた really can sleep!!!! i have had to drop water into your throat just to keep あなた from becoming...that." She pointed left. Skipper moved his painful neck, there lay a skeleton of a camel. It looked old and it was half in the ground, its mouth lay open, resembling a deranged laughing smile. "We need to get out of this midday sun, your bite is bleeding again." Starlite looked at him, their faces touching. She took her scarf and wiped off the scar. She was completely covered in dry blood on her left from the 前 times it bled. They crawled under the rib area, she put Skipper down and opened her bag, she pulled out a huge blanket, she pulled it over the rib area, pulled it down and used the rest as a blanket to cover the sand. She rested Skipper just before the blanket area, she dusted him off, took out a ripped piece of cloth and put a few drops of water on it, and cleaned his wound. Skipper had never met such a adrenilin-junki, hard core, funny, mysterious and sweet girl before. Only Marlene matched up to her. Starlite had never met such a hilarious, mysterious, sweet and cute ペンギン before. The sun started to set, he yawned. "i think i better hit the hay." "Or sand, either way. Goodnight Captain." She smiled, she swore that she flirted with him for just a second. "Night comet..." He curled up and fell asleep. She looked at him for a while, she started to feel a strange emotion stir... "No...He's Marlene's, forget it." She lay 次 to him, she had to hear his breathing. She closed her eyes, her stomach lurched..."Its just from hunger." She reassured herself, but suddenly she started to shiver...

Private's eyes suddenly opened, he couldn't see a thing. He closed his eyes for a bit then opened them, he looked around. Everyone else was still asleep (not after they fainted, this was 2 days later). He silently got up from his bunk, passed Marlene who was sprawled out on 上, ページのトップへ of a pile of pillows. And passed Rico who's feet were resting on his pillow. He crept to the lab, he saw some of Kowalski's calculations, potions and the teleporter. He didn't care, he took it in his flipper and looked at the green button. He pressed it, the portal opened without a sound, he squealed, it was a terrifying sight. But he took a deep breath and summoned up all his courage. He stepped into it, he had a bag with a hat, water, 食 and a teleporter with him. He shivered as he entered...

"AAAAAHHHH!" A scream woke Skipper up, he looked at the back of him, where the scream had come from. Starlite was curled up into a ball, she was shivering and sweating all over. "Starlite!" Skipper edged towards her, it still hurt to move. "i think i sucked out the last of Dazillas fangs the last time." She moaned. Skipper knew what was wrong, she had been poisoned when she swallowed Skippers blood when trying to extract it. "i have to take あなた home, come on i can carry you..." He tried to stand up, but fell. He tried again, he managed to keep his balance. "Skipper, lie down. あなた are not strong enough." She groaned, he knew it was true. But how could he let her die? He tried to lift her, but fell ontop of her instead. "Ahhhhh..." They both groaned, they couldn't even move. "i never thought it would end like this to be perfectly honest...i always thought an assassin would get a hold of me." She whispered. "i always thought that my men would commit mutiny, i wish i could say goodbye to them. Tell Rico thank あなた for saving me, Kowalski for always being there for all the help. Julian for making my life annoyingly interesting, and to tell Marlene i 愛 her. And to tell Private that he has always been my best friend and a son to me." "That is the sweetest thing i have ever heard... And mybe *gasp* the last thing i he...ar..." Her voice trailed off. "No...Starlite...You can't leave me..." Skipper gasped. He wished he could just say goodbye, just a simple goodbye. "Bye Marlene, bye my son..." He closed his eyes slowly, he swore he heard footsteps. But he had hicumulated before, his eyes and ears were teasing him...

"You think he's OK?" "Dunno" He heard familiar voices around him. " *groan*" "HE's OK!!!!!!!!!" He felt arms all around him. Skipper opend his eyes, Private, Julian, Mort, Maurice, Kowalski, Rico and Marlene were hugging him. "OK...Squezing me to death here!" He breathed. "DONT CARE!!!" Private said, holding the leader even closer to him " i like the death-squeezeeness!!!!!!" Mort 発言しました with a huge smile.. Skipper and Private hugged, suddenly Skipper jerked. "Where's Starlite?" Everyone stopped smiling, they turned their heads towards the corner of the room, Skipper got up from his bunk and walked over to her. She was lying in a hammock, in a deep, deep sleep, she was still pale, but she wasn't shivering. "i gave her anti-poison antidote, she stopped screaming after i gave her the antidote. Her immune system was collapsing, but i managed to strengthen it with a few system boosters. But she still won't wake up." Kowalski shrugged, Marlene sighed, she had, had enough of all Kowalski's dictionary words. Skipper remembered something. "Have あなた 与えられた her water?" "What? Of course i GAVE her a water solution to drink, but she still won't..." "No i meant have あなた just dropped some water down her throat? She did it to me and i woke up." He lifted her head to help her to swollow, he did this several times. Eventually she coughed, he stopped and smiled, Kowalski stared in awe. Her eyes flickerd, she opend them. Skipper smiled and lifted her up, she coughed but sat up straight. "Starlite!!" They all screamed with joy, everyone hugged her. "So how did あなた even find us?" Skipper asked as they all broke up from the hug. "Private went on a solo mission, without my permission-" "Well done young Private, あなた saved me and comet. We owe you." "Comeee?" Rico asked confused. Skipper and Starlite burst out laughing, they knew they had to tell everyone what happened eventually, but for now...They would just torture them によって playing dumb... Starlite's favourite hobby....
