Did Patrick Dempsey get a nose job cause I heard that he did . Also he seems to be the same bloke only better looking.

nope he broke his nose. fell off a motor bike. thats also how he got the scar on his forehead

Well I think his got a scar on his right eye..........as well.
I seen it on Grey's Anatomy.........

mm i think that he fell when he was skiing becouse when he was a teenayer in a few picture his is broken
