Rain was pouring heavily. For the city, this was an everyday happening since the "White Devil" appeared. A loud gun shout was heard in an alley. " He glanced at the unmoving mobians on the sidewalks and in cars. "Wait, they're dead! Who could have-" He looked at his hands. He screamed and fell down unconscious.
