Brooke is deep, she’s real, she’s fun, she cares and she would sacrifice her own happiness for her friends anyday. Which is kind of sad because sometimes it feels like they're just using that in ways that should not be. Brooke needs to think a little more about herself because she deserves to be happy!

haley rarely ever fights with her friends. brooke & peyton are both good friends now, but in high school they treated each other horribly. you definitely don't kiss your best friend's boyfriend & you sure as hell don't make fun of your best friend's moms dying. those are 2 things that you shouldn't even do to your enemies.

Don't get me wrong Breyton and Baley are my favorite friendships and Brooke is an amazing friend and if it wasn't for season 4 I would have picked her but that season did happen and alot of the stuff she said was really bad, and Peyton well all that crap with Lucas knocked her out so Haley was left and she is an amazing friend to pretty much everyone.

either Brooke or Haley i think they are the best friends especially to eachother, i love Lucas and Haley and Brooke and Peyton but the dynamic between Brooke and Haley is really good, cause they are always there for eachother, Brooke is Jamie's godmother and all, but neither one of them is super needy. They are so close but dont need all kinds of screen time to show it. I love there friendship, and would want either as a friend :P

"she stopped missing him" so obviously she wasn't that in love with him anymore. second, i never said that peyton was a good friend. third, brooke was not the only person who talked to haley, lucas talked to haley too & if brooke hadn't asked her to move in, haley could easily have lived with lucas & karen (like they were planning if nathan had gone to high flyers in the first place). fourth, the pregnancy rumors were started by rachel. who only knew anything about it because of brooke not being very discrete about it. she should have taken the responsibility for the rumors, they wouldn't have been started otherwise. and lastly, you don't know me. there's no reason to freak out just because i have a different opinion than you about a fictional character.

Haley for sure!! haley ahs been an awesome friend to them all & i see why lots of ppl say brooke for what she has done. but she has also done some mean things. with peyton, cuz of luke. and yes she could hate peyton for luke but the stuff she did to her was a bit much. like her moms deaths!! too much. and haley has tried to always be there for people, and she cares and listens to what you have to say.

No, you didn't say that but you made it pretty clear that you were on Peytons side so it really wasn't necessary and just because Brooke stopped missing him doesn't mean she didn't still love him because she did and like she said "I love you and I probably always will". That should say it all.

Well that's not the point, the point is Brooke was there for Haley when she needed someone and she stood by Haley like true friends do. They didn't even know each other that well before they moved in together so Brooke really didn't have to care for her at all unlike Peyton who knew her way better and should've been there for her but she wasn't!

I'm not trying to be mean or anything but your reasons for Brooke not being a good friend is pathetic and they don't make any sense (probably because they're not correct). Every character had there ups & downs with friendships in my opinion.
In S1, Peyton cheated on her best friend. Haley wasn't exactly the best of friends to Peyton in S5 & Brooke definitely wasn't a good friend to Peyton in S4. None of them is perfect but since I love so much BREYTON & loved how caring Brooke was towards Peyton in S5 & S6 I vote her.
