Do あなた think that クロコダイル, ワニ is on the same level of strength as Doflamingo, Kuma and Mihawk?

If によって 'same level', あなた mean Warlord level, then yes. クロコダイル, ワニ showed every sign of being as strong as a powerful character and was the first warlord to be shown engaged in real combat, back when the warlord concept was probably a bit rough and Oda wasn't as sure as to how powerful they should all be. That being said, I'd say he's about as strong as Moriah. It's hard to say he's stronger when he ロスト against Luffy after fighting him three times, whereas it took the entire Strawhat crew to bring down Moriah (though, granted, Moriah's devil フルーツ has もっと見る utility than a logias like Crocodile, which makes it a bit harder to really compare fairly). Plus, he was sent to level 6 of Impel Down, along with both Jimbei and Ace, which definitely says something. Compared to Kuma and Mihawk, however, I'd definitely say he's weaker; Kuma massacred the Strawhat crew (twice) whereas Mihawk was strongly implied to be Yonkou level with Shanks.

I believe he is definitely not as weak as the early beating he recieved suggests. I think a huge factor in that is him not even slightly taking Luffy serious and therefore not being on guard.
Nevertheless I have a hard time imagining him being a match for Doflamingo または Mihawk.
I believe he's stronger than Moria, though. So in my mind he's somewhere in between with Hancock and Jimbei.

Well, for a start, he has a Logia-type DF, which counts for quite a lot... it makes him incredibly hard to actually hit, considering he's sand. Unless あなた use water. Lol@Mizu Luffy. XD

I think he's stronger than he was 与えられた credit for... it was simply Luffy that ruined that image for him... anyway, he did fight against Doflamingo for a little bit in the Marineford battle and didn't get pwned, unlike Smoker. Therefore, he must be fairly strong. He did win against Luffy twice, too. あなた don't see that much fighting with him, though, considering he's a Shichibukai. Except for the brief part in Impel Down, where he's fighting his way out, along with the others.

Now the 質問 is the comparison of his strength 次 to Kuma, Mihawk and Doflamingo. I have no idea if Kuma would be able to hit him, または use the Nikyu Ninkyu No Mi against him, since Crocs is sand, but he definitely wouldn't keep up with him. Kuma is also quite a large guy and presumably fairly strong. I don't know who would win between them, to be honest.
Mihawk, on the other hand, is definitely stronger than I gave him credit for. Rewatching the Marineford battle, it shows just how strong he really is. He beats Luffy down easily, even in Gear Second. His スラッシュ is insane, too, like when it cut through that massive chunk of ice, from Aoijiki's Ice Age. In fact, he seems to be able to cut through pretty much anything. I can imagine he would be able to cut Crocs quite badly, too. I can't see Crocs winning against him, truth be told.
Lastly, Doflamingo. Well, I'm convinced that now they would be even in terms of facing each other off, if it wasn't for the fact of Doflamingo's DF. I don't recall even seeing him actually use it. Also, clearly Dofla can use Haki. I'm not 100% sure about whether クロコダイル, ワニ can use Haki. Plus, Dofla seems to be naturally powerful. Although, he did leave Aokiji alone, declining to fight him, so I wonder if he was scared of fighting Aokiji, または just trying to save time によって not fighting him there. He did easily beat Smoker after all. So, yeah, I'm guessing that he could likely beat Crocs.

Most people will say no. I personally don't think he is either. Then again, I don't see Doflamingo または Kuma as being in Mihawk's level either. クロコダイル, ワニ is much, much, much, MUCH, stronger than most give him credit for. He was definitely stronger than Luffy all throughout the first part of the manga, and losing to Luffy with a very liberal helping of plot armor out the wazoo didn't automatically make Luffy stronger than him like most people say. So many circumstances and contrived coincidences allowed that to happen. Doflamingo has been devastating as of late and I doubt クロコダイル, ワニ was that powerful two years ago, but he might be currently. Still doesn't mean Croc isn't high high tier. I think he could probably contend with Jinbe's level of strength (not Jinbe himself do to the ridiculous type advantage) and that he is strong enough to defeat vice admirals and a little up with moderate difficulty. He should also definitely be stronger than Smoker. All in all, he can compete with someone like Doffy and Kuma without getting crushed, but it'd be an uphill battle for sure

Now considering during the war people are all saying クロコダイル, ワニ is weak but I honestly think he is one of the strongest warlords because not only was he able to get close enough to whitebeard it would seem that if he doesn't have access to haki then take a look at the return of the strawhat crew when luffy destroyed the pacifista his arm was coated in haki but it wasn't the color haki is now darkish black his arm was the same color maybe white tinted also if あなた look when クロコダイル, ワニ makes a 移動する on whitebeard without even looking away it would seem that he notices luffy's incoming attack which makes it possible for him to have have observation and since he clashed with doflamingo and mihawk told him he was in a bad mood then mihawk 発言しました that it wouldn't end well it also seemed that mihawk didn't fight クロコダイル, ワニ with that being 発言しました i think he is stronger than kuma which doesn't have access to haki stronger than doflamingo but not than mihawk mihawk rivaled shanks and nearly beat him so in terms of power doflamingo is stronger than クロコダイル, ワニ but クロコダイル, ワニ just has so much もっと見る than power has both types of haki armarment and observation but he has a logia type フルーツ and can range it from a wide area
