Nobody really likes Mr Gold or Regina so I didn't add them ;P

Anyway I think Ruby because when David never showed up to that darn meeting, Ruby was taking charge and organizing everyone/making sure people were okay. She stood up to Regina in front of them all, which they (citizens we don't know) would find to be courageous and selfless. She also works in the diner, where everyone happens to be, hence quite a lot of the townsfolk would know her.

I did add Belle since people would surely like her but she doesn't seem to socialize like Ruby does, and I don't think many people go to the library anymore. They've gotten used to not having books, and really, no one would find a librarian interesting :P

I think Ruby & Granny idk granny's like the only diner/restaurant/coffee shop in the whole city :p
