I think that alot of it is because jenny has been gone for awile so she isn't so on everyones minds. I'll awlays ship this couple and near the top of my list two

i think it's because she left him and broke his heart and a lot of fans hate seeing Gibbs hurt. or maybe some people just don't like jenny because she sent tony undercover and such and therefore don't like jibbs.

my theory to both of these actions is plain and simple. her obsession with Rene Benoit (the frog). Jenny thought he killed her father who everyone believed killed himself. and in order to prove Rene guilty she joined NCIS so she could climb the ranks and catch "the frog" which is why she left Gibbs and sent tony undercover. she was simply (or not so simply) blinded by her obsession to catch who she believed was her fathers killer.\

Ever since their unpopularity (is that even a word?) in a pick on the NCIS Couples spot was shown, I've known they were really disliked, but I really didn't expect them to out before couples such as Tibbs, McNozzo, Diva and McGee/Amanda.
