i think he just said don't apolgise cuz it fits nicely with what ziva said to that mossad guy and gibbs isn't big on words. it's what he doesn't say that makes the difference

GIBBS was awesome that episode, well he is good every episode, but that episode he was taking care of the ones he protects most, his team, and ziva was always part of the team :D
