Someone else asked what Gibbs whispers to Ziva at the end of "Good Cop, Bad Cop" one suggestion was that he 発言しました "Welcome home" well I agree that the last word appears to be 'home' BUT he says too many words for it to just be 'welcome home' could it be "This is your home" または "We brought あなた home"?
