20 years 前 NBC banned Saturday Morning カートゥーン because of F.C.C.

Well in 1995, It was a very sad 年 for Saturday Morning cartoons. NBC was forced to banned Saturday Morning cartoons. It was demanded によって the F.C.C. And that means no もっと見る Disney's Raw Toonage / Disney's Marsupilami, No もっと見る Alvin and the Chipmunks, No もっと見る Earthworm Jim, No もっと見る Super Mario Bros., and many more. That means NBC had to replace it with the Saturday edition of The Today 表示する and new live action teen sitcom called "TNBC". And that means ディズニー went on to CBS-TV for their shows (such as The Lion King's Timon and Pumbaa).

Saturday Mornings on NBC (Classic Memories)

I miss those old days when NBC had good shows for Saturday Mornings. Here some of my favorites:

* Disney's Raw Toonage - Raw Toonage was a ディズニー animated series. It was basically a variety 表示する with a ランダムディズニー character as a host. And it features three shorts: Bonkers, Totally Tasteless Video, and my personal favorite, Marsupilami. Marsupilami is a yellow, spotted, long-tail marsupial who lives in a jungle with his gorilla friend: Maurice. And I 愛 Marsupilami もっと見る than Bonkers. Both Bonkers and Marsupilami were spun-off.

* Camp キャンディー - An animated series starring the late John Candy...

Every 年 when NBC's new schedule comes out, I create a long rant/bitchfest. This 年 is definately no exception. If あなた choose to read on, please keep in mind that this was written at 3 in the morning. ;)

Just when あなた think NBC can't possibly get any dumber, the new lineup comes out. Not only am I currently suffering, knowing that Adam ビーチ and Diane Neal have been 与えられた the axe from Law and Order: SVU, but this schedule makes me want to vomit. Lets take it one step at a time...

All of NBC's new shows are in trouble of being CANCELED

The journey is coming to an end for NBC's freshman series "Journeyman."

NBC had until Tuesday to give a full-season pickup to the time-travel drama starring Kevin McKidd. The network let that option lapse, practically canceling the series, which 投稿されました its lowest adults 18-49 rating (1.7 rating/8 share) on Monday without a "Heroes" lead-in. The network already tried out fellow rookie "Life" in "Journeyman"'s Monday 10 p.m. slot last week.

Despite the Hollywood writers strike, "Journeyman" was able to complete its 13-episode order.
