i think it depends who would be hit first. if sakura was fit first by hinata then hinata will win because sakura can control her chakra. If sakura manage to hit hinata, one small punch will kill hinata. another thing is hinata is a close range fighter, while sakura is a mid range fighter. Sakura can throw poison kunai at hinata or use the sleeping bomb that knock out even the root anbu Sai.

Honestly, Hinata would likely win this one. Sakura is strong, but that doesn't mean anything if her hit doesn't connect. Hinata has been shown to be flexible and could easily avoid Sakura's strikes if she tried to get too close. Not to mention that Hinata now has the Eight Trigrams Vacuum Palm which Sakura may not know about. Basically, Hinata can deflect anything Sakura throws at her with that palm attack and she can also block Sakura's chakra points or just plain attack her vitals from a distance.
