oh this one is hard! but raikage is extremely powerful and fast and would probably fight minato and danzou isn't a pushover as much as people hate him you have got to admit that and its the same with tsuchikage he isn't a pushover either and mizukage has to powerful kekkai genkais, gaara has a brilliant defence although minato would get through it and the hokages are out numbered

Yeah many people seem to underrestimate Danzou but I bet hes very strong anyway we will learn about it soon enough.
