I think that naruto is one of the top three character in naruto shippunden. When naruto attains ten tail mode he is the strongest character in naruto. It is said that the sage of six paths feared the ten tail beast as it was the only thing that the sage of six paths feared. For that he sealed it's power and later divided it between nine tailed beasts. Naruto in ten tail sage mode is without doubt THE STRONGEST CHARACTER IN NARUTO. I believe that naruto even surpassed the sage of six paths. Only shinobi like madara uchiha or obito has ever any chance even to stand up to him. Well i honestly think that naruto hashirama minato and jiriya enter the sagehood they should be second only to sage of the six path "rikoudo sennin" and also since madara and sasuke are also gained the power of six path they can be counted after them in top five and nagato have rinnegan other i dont know.....
