NARUTO -ナルト- without Sasuke is just plotless. Saving Sasuke has pretty much become the main "goal." So there wouldn't really be any reason to read it. Also NARUTO -ナルト- is NOTHING without Ho Yay.
It depends really, if u never knew of sasuke and he didnt exsist and it was just NARUTO -ナルト- and sakura u may of stil L（デスノート） been happy with it coz ud still see all the different techniques and so on plus they would of no doubtably chosen someone else to be Naruto's main rival. otherwise if u did know of him but he wasn't in the マンガ then it would suck
Well Sasukes presence did add some interesting plot to the story but I think the マンガ would still be quite good without him Kishi would just have to focus on Narutos dream to become hokage and to bring peace.There are still excellent villians like Madara,Danzo,Kabuto,Orochimaru,etc.
