Yes but she didn't acctually mean it. She only tried to do it because she wanted to stop NARUTO -ナルト- from going after Sasuke but luckily It didn't stop NARUTO -ナルト- and Sakure was sorry afterwards. Please ignore my bad spelling! :D

Yes but it wasn't sincere. She lied to try and stop NARUTO -ナルト- from pursuing Sasuke and to relieve him of the promise he made her three years ago. Sai even told NARUTO -ナルト- after Sakura left that she was going to kill Sasuke to save him from his path of evil, because her 愛 for him runs that deep.
