はたけカカシ is but guy is strong but i think kasahi is stronger he has a sharingan and the Lightning Blade and knows a lot of jutsus but guy dose have the Afternoon Tiger and taijutsu.
It's obviously a battle between はたけカカシ and Guy. I'm going to say Guy is the strongest Jonin in the Village. It's not like Guy would ever use the Inner Gates against Kakashi, but if he would... yeah.

Now that I think about it, はたけカカシ has been shown to use the Inner Gates too. However, we've only seen him use the first one.
In terms of brute strength, I'd say Gai wins out over Kakashi. But in any fight, はたけカカシ would win. So, the strongest is indisputably Kakashi-sensei. ^^
Definately Kakashi. Guy may be strong but if あなた think about their stregths a weaknesses kakashi's at a whole different level. Guy only can do taijutsu and has good Speed, strength and stamina. Whilst はたけカカシ can do Ninjutsu, Taijutsu and Genjutsu. and has good speed, intellegence, strength and hand signs. Also はたけカカシ has もっと見る experience. はたけカカシ graduated academy at 5, chunin at 6 and jounin at 13 but guy academy at 7, chunin 11 and jounin in 20s.

Well, Lee's movements while having opened the fifth Gate were already too much for Kakashi's Sharingan to follow. Guy is even quicker than Lee.
