I actually think Flash Sentry is a decent character. I don't get why the fan base hates him so much!!!!

is more like he is just there to be a love interest,and its frustrating cause MLP can make good male characters (Big Mac,Spike,Discord) but he is demoted to the popular guitar boy stereotype

^ Exactly my thought. I don't hate him, I just think he's a boring Gary-Stu. MLP doesn't need any unnecessary 'love interests' to be good!

Hells yeah, he's boring! He's just a generic love interest, just like the others said. If the writers actually gave his personality some depth he would be okay.

Well, i don't hate him, but he is still boring. He is stereotypical, has little to no personality and is only there to give Twilight unneeded love interest. Come on, MLP can do better male characters ( see Spike, Discord, Shining Armor and Big Mac )

^You make a good point and i think that's why most people prefer Twilight with Doc Whooves.
