Many things were changing in The United States of Equestria during the 20's. Not only the music, but many inventions were being created, such as the radio, the car, the washing machine, and even advertising was invented.
Life was getting easier, but there were some downsides. The prohibition began, which outlawed alcohol, and many ponies began to form mafias. Crime was getting higher, and innocent ponies were being shot.
Despite all of the ups, and downs, the roaring 20's were going to end in a very bad way.

But that didn't stop some of the ponies from creating music. Most songs during the early 30's were about the great depression, and some ponies would sing about what was happening.
Octavia: It was a terrible time. Nearly everypony was living out on the streets, with barely enough to keep them going. It was so sad.
Shining Armor: I remember learning about the great depression. It had to be the worst time of The United States ever.

It was a dark night, and there was lots of fog. Then, the ghost ポニー was seen running through the streets of Ponyville. He was killed in an accident on Halloween, and every 年 on the 日 of the accident, the ghost ポニー runs around ponyville, shreiking like a ロスト soul!
