Orion was going to do what he did in San Diego to get to Cheyenne, fly very high in the sky.

At the Cheyenne Train Station

Hawkeye: Come on, where is he?
Orion: *Flying towards ground* Whoa!! *Not slowing down in time, and runs on train*
